- Administrative Coordination: Process billing, insurance verifications, outcome forms, and manage all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communication & Flow: Communicate with remote team members, handle patient questions, and ensure excellent communication between patients and clinicians.
- Experience Management: Conduct interactive patient tours, explain benefits and financial obligations, and handle multi-channel communication with professionalism.
